– 7-14 days before the departure date: 50% of the total booking amount
– Less than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the total booking amount
– No Show: In case of a “no-show,” where the customer fails to show up for the tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Process:
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
– The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
3. Modification and Rescheduling:
– Requests for modifications or rescheduling must be made at least 15 days before the departure date, and they are subject to availability.
– Additional charges may apply for modifications or rescheduling.
4. Tour Cancellation by HolidayAndaman.in:
– In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
– We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other situation beyond our control.
5. Force Majeure:
– HolidayAndaman.in will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, and government regulations.
