Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Veer Savarkar Airport, our travel executive will warmly receive you and accompany you to your designated hotel. After completing the check-in process, your day's itinerary will commence with a visit to Cellular Jail. This historical site holds significant importance in India's struggle for independence.

Following the exploration of Cellular Jail, a break for lunch will be scheduled before proceeding to Corbyn's Cove Beach. This scenic destination offers a tranquil retreat with its sandy shores and picturesque surroundings. As the day progresses, you will have the opportunity to experience the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail in the evening. This captivating show brings to life the saga of the freedom struggle, providing a unique and immersive experience.

Please note that Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and National Holidays. Additionally, entry to Cellular Jail and its museum concludes by 1600 hrs. Tickets for the Light and Sound Show are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to operational status. In the event that the Light and Sound Show is not available, an alternative visit to Flag Point will be arranged. This spot holds historical significance as it marks the exact location where Netaji Subash Chandra Bose hoisted the Indian flag for the first time on December 30, 1943. On the inaugural day of Flag Point, December 30, 2018, the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi unfurled the Indian flag to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Azad Hind Government and the first flag hoisting on Indian soil.

Your overnight stay will be in Port Blair, ensuring a comfortable and restful conclusion to the day's exploration.

In the morning, our journey begins as we depart for Havelock Island via ferry from Port Blair Harbor. Upon reaching Havelock Island, our next destination is Elephant Beach. We'll travel to Elephant Beach by motorized boat, where an array of water sports activities awaits. Elephant Beach is renowned for its vibrant marine life and coral reefs, offering an excellent opportunity for snorkeling. Please note that the complimentary snorkeling activity is subject to availability and is provided by the Boat Association.

In the afternoon, our exploration continues with a visit to Radhanagar Beach, also known as Beach No. 7. This beach has been highly acclaimed by Times Magazine, ranking it among the finest beaches in Asia. Radhanagar Beach provides an idyllic setting for activities such as swimming, sea bathing, and simply basking in the sun on its pristine shores.

Concluding the day's adventures, you will spend the night at the hotel on Havelock Island, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Following a hearty buffet breakfast, it's time to check out from the hotel on Havelock Island. You will be transferred to the Havelock jetty to board the ferry bound for Neil Island. Upon arrival at Neil Island, you will be transported to the hotel. After a satisfying lunch, the day's itinerary includes visits to Bharatpur Beach, Laxmanpur Beach, and Howrah Bridge (subject to tide conditions). Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to partake in a glass-bottom boat ride around Neil Island.

In the evening, return to the hotel where you can enjoy a delightful dinner, capping off the day's activities. Your overnight stay at the hotel promises a comfortable and restful experience.

In the morning, after a fulfilling breakfast, you will be transferred to the jetty for the ferry journey back to Port Blair. Upon reaching Port Blair, you will check in to your hotel and enjoy a delicious lunch.

The Port Blair City tour is scheduled for the day and includes visits to prominent museums. The Anthropological Museum showcases tribal essentials and artifacts, providing insight into the rich cultural heritage of the region. Following that, the Naval Marine Museum, also known as Samudrika, offers a comprehensive overview of the islands' history, marine life, geography, and archaeology, featuring exhibits on shells and corals.

After a day of exploration, you will return to the hotel for check-in and spend a comfortable night at the hotel in Port Blair.

Your day tour begins with a visit to Ross Island, followed by a journey to North Bay. North Bay is a coral island located just 20 minutes away by speed boat from Port Blair. The beach, adorned with a fringing coral reef, is renowned for its excellent opportunities for scuba diving and sea walking.

For your convenience and to secure the best deals, it is highly recommended to pre-book your activities in North Bay. This ensures a seamless experience, allowing you to make the most of your time while enjoying the spectacular underwater adventures.

After a day of exploration and water activities, you will return to Port Blair for an overnight stay.

Departure

After a delightful morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the Port Blair airport, ensuring you arrive in time to board your flight. Depart from Port Blair carrying fond memories of the mesmerizing islands and the enriching experiences they offered during your stay. When is the best time to visit Andaman?

The best time of visiting Andamans would be the month from October to March when the weather is very pleasant. Even the months of April, May and September see tourists though a bit hot. It is recommended to avoid the monsoon months of June, July and August.

Swaraj Dweep. Also, there are some very popular short ferry cruises connecting Port Blair to the other popularly visited Islands of Havelock and Neil Island. There are typically 60 min to 90 min cruises.

Havelock Island can be reached from port Blair via short cruises plying between port Blair and Havelock. One-way cruise takes about 90 minutes. The cruise ferries are of three categories with different classes: Premium, Deluxe and Royal. Facilities such as sea view and sitting arrangement vary in the three categories. The three companies operating ferries are the Makruzz, the Coastal Cruise and the Green Ocean.

How to Reach Neil Island and how much time it will take.

Ferries ply from Port Blair to Neil Island and tales around 2.5 hours to cover the distance of 40 kms. Also, ferries ply from Havelock to Neil Island and take approx. 3 hours for a distance of 60 kms. There are government ferries plying regularly and connecting all the islands of tourist interests and there are private AC ferries.

How to Reach Baratang Island and is it worth to visit?

Baratang is 100 kms by road from Port Blair and is an enigmatic Island with exotic beaches, mangroves creeks, limestone caves and mud volcanoes. It forms a special attraction of Andaman visit and is definitely worth visiting.
